Realistic Painting Effect Tutorial : Anigraphik
This tutorial is to help you learn how to create a realistic painting effect. The filters in photoshop do a pretty good job, but this technique just adds a little to it Ok, once you have your picture open in photoshop:
- Make the duplicate layer which u open in photoshop, for duplicate shortcut key is ctrl +J , then go head up to open filter option - Other - High Pass...
- you will find a window popup, radius must be 12.0 and then hit okay.then change the blending mode to soft light and merge ctrl + E both the layer you will find a new layer.
- Again go to the filter- stylize - Diffuse. A popup window open check the Anisotropic and hit the okay.
- Now to head up, click on the image - Image rotation - 90 clockwise and then again do diffuse ( hit the filter you will find the first option is diffuse.). now again do this 90 clockwise then diffuse. this is do 4 times your till your image look like before.
- Now go to the head, click on the filter - filter gallery. Select the Artistic tab - select the paint dabs. then you will find on your right side BRUSH SIZE and SHARPNESS.Brush size must be 2 and sharpness must be 9 . then hit okey.Duplicate the layer Ctrl + J then right click on the layer click on convert to smart object.
- If your photoshop version is CC then go to the head Filter - camera raw filter option, open that and change setting open my video for changing some option.
- If your photoshop cs6 then first to save your file in both format(PSD and JPEG). after saving both closed the file and go to head of photoshop click on edit - preference - camera raw.
- Hit on the camera raw , change the option for change please watch my video. after watch then open image which you save as JPEG , this will automatically open in camera raw toll. Then again change some option (Please watch my video).
- Then your image will be Realistic Painting Image.
